We run a 1–2 week discovery sprint: stakeholder interviews, technical audit (if replacing existing software), and a scope document with MVP features, architecture, timeline, and budget.

We use iterative delivery with two-week sprints and a prioritised backlog. New requirements go into the backlog, are estimated, and swapped in when they reach the top, with no surprise change fees.

You do, unconditionally. All source code, designs, data models, and documentation are assigned to you on the day of contract signing.

We build adapter layers around every integration so third-party API changes don't cascade into your core business logic. We also maintain a full integration test suite against each external dependency.
