We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HIIS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information secure and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement.
