Frequently asked questions

All our placements are senior engineers (5+ years) or tech leads (8+ years). We do not place juniors or mid-level engineers under the staff augmentation model.

Typically 1–2 weeks from the signed contract for most profiles. For very specialised skills (e.g. Rust, Scala actor model), allow up to 3 weeks.

Yes. We explicitly match timezone overlap. For European clients we place engineers in CET ±1; for US clients in EST/PST ±2. We do not place engineers with less than 4 hours of daily overlap.

We have a 2-week trial period. If it's not working for any reason, we replace the engineer at no extra cost within 5 working days.
